WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders placed by 7 AM EST will ship the same day from Boyds, MD. For domestic shipments within the USA, please allow 2-6 business days after shipment for your package to arrive. For international shipments, it takes approximately 14-18 business days to receive your package. However, delivery times might vary depending on your country’s customs department, so it could be sooner or later than the estimated range. If you choose expedited international shipping (6-10 business days) with detailed tracking information, select the 'PRIORITY' shipment option during checkout. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. After your package is shipped, a separate email with tracking information will be sent to you. You will also be able to log into your account to track your order's progress.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

We offer international shipping as well. During checkout, you have the option to select standard shipping, which takes approximately 14-18 business days to arrive after the package is shipped, or priority shipment, which takes 6-10 business days and includes more detailed tracking information. All orders placed by 7 AM EST will be shipped out on the same day. Please note that international customers are responsible for any duties or taxes that may be incurred from customs.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

After your order ships, you’ll receive a notification email containing a tracking number and link. This allows you to easily check your shipping status and get updates on when to expect your order. Please note that for International Standard Shipping, the tracking will display information about when the package leaves the USA and when it's delivered. For more detailed tracking, you can choose International Priority Shipping during checkout. All Fragrenza orders placed before 7 AM EST will be shipped on the same day.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within a few hours after placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once your order is processed, we are unable to modify the shipping address. DO YOU SHIP TO ALASKA AND HAWAII?

Yes, indeed! The shipping cost to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico will be calculated during the checkout process

All orders placed by noon EST will be shipped out on the same day. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?

After successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique order number. If you've registered an account, you can easily log in to track your order's status. In case you haven't received the confirmation email, it's possible that your email address was entered incorrectly, preventing you from receiving our correspondence. If you're unable to locate the confirmation email and your order doesn't appear in your account, this could indicate a credit card processing issue.
