Umbu-cajá, known in northern Brazil as taperebá, brings the bright pulp of the tropics into perfumery. A natural cross of two beloved Spondias fruits, it smells vividly sweet-and-sour: juicy golden flesh reminiscent of mango and apricot, sharpened by a tangy, almost citric acidity and a faint green, skin-like bitterness. As a note it opens mouthwatering and effervescent, then settles into a softer, nectarous fruitiness with subtle tropical-blossom undertones.

It pairs naturally with coconut, passion fruit, white florals and light woods, and brings instant sunshine to fruity and tropical compositions. The mood is pure Brazilian market stall — ripe fruit, warm air and easy, smiling freshness.
